ADHD and Neurodiversity
I have personal experience with ADHD and I am expanding my understanding of neurodiversity through additional training. This subject is close to my heart, as I spent years in school feeling inadequate or incapable. Therapy helped me recognise my strengths and build confidence in my abilities. My goal is to provide a space where you feel validated, empowered, and celebrated for the qualities that make you uniquely amazing
