Sessions last 50 minutes, and each one can look different depending on what feels most important to you that week. As a person-centred counsellor, I follow your lead, giving you the space to explore whatever is on your mind. The therapeutic relationship is at the core of our work, and my priority is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can truly be yourself without fear of judgment. Our sessions are grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Together, we’ll explore and uncover what feels true and meaningful for you

This is a question that doesn’t really have an answer. Everyone is different and will come
with different expectations and different challenges. I am open to short-term or long-term therapy, the decision is yours. Once you have your agreed time each week, that
is your time until you tell me otherwise.

Sessions are £50 for a 50 minute session. I also offer a free 15 minute call beforehand, for you to decide if I am the right fit for you.

Online therapy works best when you are in a private space where you feel comfortable.
Online sessions can work well for people with busy lives as you can fit them around your
schedule and don’t need to leave your home. You have more options for therapists from all
over the country. If you have an illness or injury that prevents you from travel or you feel
more comfortable in your private space, online may work for you.
Online therapy is treated the same as in-person therapy in terms of confidentiality and data
protection. The same ethical boundaries exist either way.

I provide support to adults, offering both short-term and long-term therapy tailored to their needs.

I have spent a lot of time in personal therapy over the last 10 years and the changes I have been able to make and the confidence gained has sparked the passion I feel for wanting to work with others. Having received empathy and compassion I have been given the space to grow and challenge my own beliefs and behaviours, this has been life-changing for me and believe wholeheartedly in the process of therapy.
