Holly Ibbs an online counsellor practicing Person-Centred therapy in the UK

I’m Holly

I’m a humanistic counsellor dedicated to supporting you through life’s challenges with warmth and understanding. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, valued, and accepted just as they are. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment.

I understand how overwhelming anxiety, self-doubt, or grief can feel. Having faced my own challenges, including navigating ADHD, anxiety and loss, I appreciate how isolating and heavy these experiences can be.

My personal experiences, along with professional training and working with a number of clients from different backgrounds and experiences, this has shaped the way I work with clients.  I have supported individuals facing anxiety, navigating ADHD, depression, low self-esteem, grief, and struggles with identity. Each person’s story is different, and I approach each one with openness and respect. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, valued, and accepted just as they are, and creating that safe, compassionate space for you is my priority.

My own experience as a client has shaped my belief in the value of a supportive and understanding counselling relationship. I see therapy as an opportunity to gently explore your personal experiences, this may help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, find clarity about what you want, and discover how to move toward it.
